Dr. Joseph Ladner completed his periodontics training at The Ohio State University in 1992 and is a Diplomate of The American Academy of Periodontology. He graduated from Grove City College in 1985 with a degree in chemistry, then attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine followed by his residency at the Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He was named a Diplomate of The American Board of Periodontology (the highest achievement a periodontist can attain). He has been practicing periodontology and placing dental implants in Hermitage since 1995.
Dr. Ladner has been selected one of America's Top Dentists by the Consumer's Research Council of America in the specialty category of periodontics and dental implant placement. He is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the American Academy of Oral Medicine and the American Dental Association. He is the president of the Mercer County Dental Society.
